I wasn’t really happy with the return process, to be honest. It seemed to take quite a while to get a clear response, and the refund felt like it was dragging on longer than it should have. I had to keep following up myself, which was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if returns are going to be this much of a headache

It looked nice at first, but for what I paid, I expected better. The quality was just okay, nothing that really stood out. Plus, there were way too many steps involved, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money

i had a small issue with my order, so i emailed customer service. they got back to me the next day and fixed it without any hassle. it would’ve been 5 stars if the first reply had been a little quicker, but overall it was a good experience and everyone was polite.

The delivery was frustrating. They made it sound like it would arrive much sooner, but it ended up taking way longer than promised. I barely got any real updates until it finally showed up, which just made the whole thing more annoying.

Delivery was fine and the returns process looked straightforward enough, but it did knock my confidence a little. I’d probably still consider ordering again, but I’d be more hesitant now because I’m not totally sure what size to trust...
